Making fairy bread

One Monday Morning it was a wet  and cold day. I walked into class and saw that things looked  different. When I hung my bag I opened the door and sat at a table in room 20. Mrs Carruthers gave me a paper towl and a knife because we was going to make some lovely gorgeous fairy bread. We made it so that we could have fun and so we could write a recount. First I got some bread from the bag and put it on my paper towl. Next mrs Carruthers got out some butter and told rooms 19 and 20 to spread it out evenly. Then mrs Carruthers got the sprinkles out and we got to put it on our bread. It looked so cool. Then we got to eat it. After that we made one more but this time we made it with Nutella. Finally we got to eat it and it was so delicious.

This week I read a book called poi it was really nice.

Mya the caterpillar.

One sunny lovely morning there was a caterpillar called Mya she lived in a lovely forest. It had lots of tall trees and colourful flowers and lots of good to eat. One gorgeous day Mya had just got up from sleeping she was so hungry and she saw a tree with lots of apples. So she went up and ate all the apples. Mya was so tired she was going to be a beautiful butterfly. She had to get home but she could not remember the way back. Mya tried and tired but she just couldn't remember the way home. Mya had to get home by sun-down. If Mya didn't she couldn't turn into a butterfly. Mya walked and walked but she just got lost then she started to cry. Suddenly another butterfly came along and her name was Meagn. Meagn said to Mya "are you ok" "no" said Mya "I need to get back to my home tree but I don't remember the way". "You can come on my back and I will tack you home" said Magn. So Mya hopped on her back home. When they got there Mya climbed up and hung upside-down into a cocoon. The next day the cocoon started to break and then an stunning butterfly came out and started to play. Finally Mya had become a gorgeous butterfly.

Matariki day

Last week on Friday I went to Room 17 because it was Matariki. My teacher was Ms Hockly. Ms Hockly made a god's eye in the weekend. It looked so cool. Ms Hockly told me and the class haw to make it. It was so fun making god's eye so I decided to make one more. Then the bell rang. It was for morning tea so I took my lunch and went outside. I went to the park with Legacy and we went on the bridge. When we were  going there I slipped on the mud and hurt my leg. Legacy helped me to the office. I waited for my mum to come and pick me up so I could go home. When I got home I went on my bed and lay down.

Matariki

This week I read a book called Matariki it was about the story of why we have 

Matariki.

The Rainbow Fish

I read a book called Rainbow fish, it was really nice. The book told me about being 

a good friend.

The zoo trip

On Thursday the 31st of may when I was walking to school I saw the double decker bus. I knew that it was the day my class will be going to the zoo trip I was so happy I ran so fast then I saw my friend Legacy Salima so I went to her and we walked back to class. When we got there we saw that it was time to go to the zoo so we went on the bus. When we got there I saw some really cool Tasmania devils they looked so,so,so cut and cheeky. Then I went to see the big lions that was sleeping and there hands made a heart it was so cool. When it was time to go back to school we went back on the bus and I wen back to school.

Alex believes all zoo should be shut down because they can not provide the right environment for animals that should live in the wild,

I think 

I disagree with Alex because I think that all zoo can help animals and keep them safe. The zoo help us to learn about animals. It helps the animals then they are hurt. Zoo can tech us about all the lovely animals.

Vika think

I argee with Eva because animals can help us learn. Zoo keep them safe. Animals don't can get hurt even killed.

Legacy thinks 

I agree that zoos are good but have you thought that animals don't get hurt at the zoo because the zookeeper look after them.

I agree With Legacy that animals can die. I also with vika that animal can help us.
